Tiger Tales Newsletter December 1, 2023

Principal's Corner: Greetings Tiger Nation!
Welcome, December!
I hope everyone had a restful and wonderful time over the Thanksgiving Break! This time of year can be very busy and stressful for all. Please know that our staff here at SES is checking in with our Tigers frequently throughout the day. If your child needs more support at this time, please reach out to let us knowhow we can help.
We have quite a few exciting events happening these two weeks of December that I hope you will all enjoy! The Sembach Community Tree Lighting Ceremony is tonight beginning at 1630 just outside the Sembach Chapel. Our very own Tiger CHOIR will be participating as well as our fabulous PTO! They will be providing snacks and drinks for the event!
Next week we have Family Reading Night, our Tiger CHOIR Winter CONCERT, and a Winter Around the World celebration! Thanks to everyone for making these fun events possible!
The temperatures have certainly become WINTERY!
Please ensure your child(ren) bring(s) their winter jacket and other items to school, daily...gloves, hats, scarves, etc. With these temperatures, children MUST wear their jackets outside for recess. If they do not have a jacket with them, they will need to sit inside during recess. We want to keep all our Tigers safe and healthy during this cold time of year! Your support is greatly appreciated! At Sembach Elementary School we strive to provide safe, nurturing, and engaging educational environments for all our students!
