Principal's Corner:

Greetings, TIGER NATION!

Another exciting week of learning was had at SES!

A special thanks to Nurse Lee for arranging and hosting our annual Dental Health Screening visit last week. It was a big success! We are so very thankful to the members of the Landstuhl Dental Clinic that visited with each classroom, promoting healthy dental care!

Looking ahead to next week, on Tuesday, 27 February Spring Pictures will be taken for individuals, classes/grade levels, and clubs. Please be sure your child is ready to Smile and say CHEESE for the camera!!! Ordering information will be sent home with the students. These photos, along with others throughout the year may be included in the end of year Yearbook!! Information for ordering the Sembach Elementary School Yearbook for School Year 23/24 will be shared soon!

The PTO is sponsoring a Read-a-Thon in preparation for and in conjunction with “Read Across America” week! Please see the attached flyer for additional information. Monies raised will be used to provide a school-wide Book Fair at the end of the year!

As we approach the beginning of March, please continue to support your child(ren) in making sure they are dressed for the weather each day. These cold temperatures seem to be hanging on, so winter coats are still needed! Dressing in layers is the best idea for making sure everyone is comfortable both inside and outside during the school day. Thank you!
