Tiger Tales Newsletter

Greetings, TIGER NATION!

We have just 1 week left in 3rd quarter! My how time flies when you’re having fun!!!

Today, I‘d like to give a special Shout Out to our Student Council!!! Led by advisor, Ms. Darcy, they decided to surprise every student in the school with a colorful message this morning! To help foster a positive school culture and to let their schoolmates know they are valued, the Council members attached positive affirmations on every cubby in the school! When asked what this act of kindness meant to them;

“I felt happy I was going to help students have a good day!” ~Rory

“It made me feel happy that I was going to make another student feel

good about themselves!” ~Amelia

“It made me feel excited to see what kids would think of them!” ~Rosalie

Thank you, Student Council, for being a positive influence and spreading joy and kindness to all of our Tigers!!

For the PTO sponsored Read Across America Read-a-Thon, the results are in... WOW! Just, WOW!!!!!

Most Minutes Read: Lilyana in 3rd grade, over 1,000 minutes!!!
