Greetings, TIGER NATION!

Our school was invaded this afternoon....by FAMOUS HISTORIANS!!!!!

The Living Wax Museum took place and 30 of our Tigers brought their famous historian to life! George Washington, Amelia Earhart, Whitney Houston, Alexander the Great, Queen Victoria, Queen Elzabeth, Harriet Tubman, Sacajawea, Albert Einstein, Alexander Hamilton, Martin Luther King Jr., Helen Keller, Jackie Robinson, Grace O‘Malley, Florence Nightengale, Cleopatra, Stan Lee, Susan B. Anthony, Walt Disney, Audrey Hepburn, Ada Lovelace, Franz Beckenbauer, Alicia Alonso, Frida Kahlo, Rosa Parks, Selena Quintanilla, Julia Child, Neal Armstrong, Princess Diana, Elizabeth Schuyler!

The amount of work, effort and creativity that these students poured into this project was outstanding! It was amazing to see the costumes, hear the facts, and see the joy and pride on our students’ faces. WELL DONE, everyone! Please enjoy a few photos from the event on the below slide.

The PTO sponsored Read Across America Read-a-Thon has been a huge success! All proceeds will go to an end of the year Book Fair for all students at SES!!! Stayed tuned for more details as this great event is wrapped up this week!!!
